Caviar pie

Ingredients:

Boiled eggs:6

mayonnaise: 3 tbsp

Red onion: 2 medium sized

Cream cheese: 250 grams

Sour cream: 2/3 cup

Persian Beluga caviar: as needed

Oil: as needed

Lemon, garlic and condiment: as much as you like

Recipe of Caviar pie:

First to make caviar with pie, chop the boiled eggs, mix with the mayonnaise and spread on the surface of the pan as the first layer of pie.

Chop the red onions too, and put them on the first layer.

Beat the cream cheese until it becomes smooth and then mix it with the sour cream and beat it again.

Put the cream on onion layer and spread it with a spoon.

Put the pot on and freeze it for 3 hours.

Please Put caviar on it finely then let it be freeze for 1 hour again.

Use a greased knife and separate the pie from the pan and serve in a dish.

This delicious caviar pie can be eaten with baguettes or toast, along with lemons and vegetables.
