Making saffron cake is similar to other cakes but the difference between them is saffron that makes this saffron cake very beautiful and delicious and it relieves fatigue and weakness.
Ingredients for 4-5 persons
Flour: 2 cups
Sugar: 1.5 cups
Brew saffron: 2 tbsp
Warm milk: 1/2 cup
Oil: 1/2 cup
Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
Vanilla: 1/2 teaspoon
Recipe of Saffron cake:
First to make saffron cake, beat the eggs, add the sugar and continue until the sugar dissolves in the eggs.
Then add the milk with oil and vanilla mix them and then add saffron to the cake.
After adding the saffron, mix the flour and baking powder and add to the other ingredients. (Sift flour and baking powder 3 times before use).
Note that you need to add the flour little by little to mix the flour with the ingredients.
Note that if we mix the ingredients a little at this stage, it will loosen the ingredients and if we mix the too much it will harden the mixture.
So be careful of the mixing time.
Grease the cake tin and pour the ingredients into it and place in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 40 to 45 minutes.
