Preparing time: 30 mins
Ingredients for 4 persons:
Milk: 4 cups
Vanilla: 1/3 teaspoon
Rosewater: 1 cup
Saffron: 1/3 teaspoon
Sugar: 1.5 cups
Salep: 1/2 teaspoon
Recipe of Saffron ice-cream:
First to make saffron ice Cream, pour the milk into a pot and put it on a medium heat.
Beat the eggs in a bowl and add sugar, vanilla and salep to it and mix them all together and add to the milk.
Stir the ingredients well, when it boils, add rosewater and remove from the heat.

Brew the saffron and add it to the ice cream and mix well.
After cooling, place the ice cream in a sealed dish and place in the freezer and let it to be freeze.
Once every hour, take the ice cream out of the freezer and stir to have a stretchy ice cream.
At the end you can use pistachio and saffron to design it.
