Annually, only a limited amount of Almas caviar is available in the world, which has its own special customers and is usually pre-sold in advance.

This fish lives only in the pristine and unpolluted areas of the Caspian Sea and is very rare.

  • Ossetra caviar:

Ossetra caviar comes from Sturgeon.

This caviar has a dark brown to light beige color spectrum and It is known as the golden caviar because of its bright color.

Due to its fresh walnut flavor and bright color, it is very different from other types of caviar.

Sturgeon is an Iran aboriginal fish and weigh about 2 meters and weigh 200 kilograms.

The size of this caviar varies from 1.5 to 3 mm, depending on the type of fish.

  • Sevruga caviar:

Sevruga Caviar has small spawns and is known for its good taste.

It is obtained from Starry fish, which is the smallest type of caviar fish.

This caviar is light gray to dark gray in color and has a pleasant taste and its size is between 1.5 to 2.5 mm.
